Preparations Preceding the Hajj Season
The Ministry of Hajj makes preparations for the activities of the Hajj season early on, after reviewing and analyzing the activities of the previous season. The preparations comprise the following:
Agreements Pertaining to the Hajj Missions
Organizing the arrival of pilgrims coming through tourist companies
The operational plans of the Ministry's branches and of the National Establishments for Hajj Affairs
Setting up field service groups
Modernizing the specifications of the buses transporting pilgrims
Bus renting plans
Shuttle transport between the Holy Sites
Public transport within Mina
Distribution of camps in the Holy Sites
Telecommunications network
Guidance workshops
Language programs and training of seasonal labor
Seasonal jobs
Information and cultural outreach
Preparation of clarification maps
Hajj instructions
Coordination with the authorities participating in the Hajj activities
