Pintoo is a young Kabbadi player who goes to factionism hit Mathura to take part in a life changing match, which decides his sports future. There, in a twist of fate, he saves Radhika from Gajendar Singh, a dangerous faction leader, who is in love with Radhika and wants to marry her against her wishes. Pintoo tries to comfort her because Gajendar Singh killed both brothers of Radhika. Pintoo brings Radhika to his house in Agra and decides to send her abroad to save her from Gajendar Singh. This is complicated by the fact that Radhika falls in love with Pintoo and that Pintoo dad is the top Cop in charge of finding Radhika, as per the order of corrupt home minister of the state. The home minister is into helping Gajendar Singh. Pintoo conceals Radhika in Charminar, this forms an integral part of the story. Whether Pintoo is able to achieve his Kabbadi target and whether, Radhika & Pintoo unite is the crux of the story.


n November 2013, news reported that Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha have joined the upcoming untitled film producing byBoney Kapoor, It is a remake of director Gunasekhar's 2003 Telugu film Okkadu, starring Mahesh babu and Bhoomika Chawla,which was a huge hit. Okkadu was remade in Tamil as Gilli.^[3] On 10 December 2013, the film was entitled to Tevar and it was revealed that Kapoor will play the role of a regular college kid from Agra, who is a Kabaddi champion.^[4] On 17 December 2013 it was announced that Sanjay Kapoor will be producing the film, directing debut of Amit Sharma.^[5] Manoj Bajpayee also joined the film on 30 December, he will play the role of a villain.^[6][7] Raj Babbar also joined the film on 10 January, he will play the role of a police officer.
