Two die, three injured in accident
Three persons including two women were killed and three others wounded seriously when a trailer ran over a motorcycle-rickshaw in the Chuhng police precincts on Friday.
An eyewitness told the police that the road mishap took place in front of Chuhng Police Training School on the Multan Road because of over-speeding. The driver fled the crime scene instantly while the police have impounded the trailer and are investigating.
A speedy trailer bumped into a motorcycle-rickshaw that was coming from the opposite direction outside the police training school. As a result, Zeenat Bibi and another woman died on-the-spot and three persons including one and a half-year girl sustained serious injuries. The Edhi ambulance service shifted the injured to hospital.
